Q: How long will my initial visit last?

Expect the initial visit to last 45 min to 1 hr in duration.

Q: What should I wear to my initial visit?

Wear clothing which is comfortable with easy access to the body part(s) being evaluated (for example: sweats, t-shirts, shorts, tennis shoes, etc.).

Q: What paperwork should I bring to my initial visit?

Bring your insurance cards, a prescription for physical therapy signed by your doctor, and any other pertinent medical records /reports for the condition for which you are being treated.

Q: What health insurance do you accept?

Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross, Blue Shields, Medicare, PHCS, United Health Care, Worker’s Compensation (Based On Authorization), Interplan, Providers of Most PPO Plans

Q: What if I do not have health insurance? Can I still receive physical therapy treatments?

Yes. For those who do not have health insurance coverage, we offer payment plans and discounts for physical therapy treatments.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, credit (Visa and Mastercard), debit, and check.

Q: What are your office hours?

We are open Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and closed 12pm-1pm (lunch hour).

Q: Do you offer a gym program for fitness and wellness?

Yes. We offer a membership to our gym program for continued strengthening and conditioning once your formal physical therapy treatments have ended. Your physical therapist will tailor an individualized gym program to meet your fitness needs while keeping in mind your current medical condition.
