Expect the initial visit to last 45 min to 1 hr in duration.
Wear clothing which is comfortable with easy access to the body part(s) being evaluated (for example: sweats, t-shirts, shorts, tennis shoes, etc.).
Bring your insurance cards, a prescription for physical therapy signed by your doctor, and any other pertinent medical records /reports for the condition for which you are being treated.

Yes. For those who do not have health insurance coverage, we offer payment plans and discounts for physical therapy treatments.

We are open Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and closed 12pm-1pm (lunch hour).
Yes. We offer a membership to our gym program for continued strengthening and conditioning once your formal physical therapy treatments have ended. Your physical therapist will tailor an individualized gym program to meet your fitness needs while keeping in mind your current medical condition.
